1	Pregnancy check all animals over 24 days of pregnancy to 8 weeks (positive visual check minimum).
2	Check AI store – Max/min
3	Stop culling and over-breed
4	Clean feed bins – not do not feed the mouldy food found
5	Check bedding for mould contamination
6	Check rodent infestation
7	Check semen purchases
8	Check parity effect – gilt vs rest
9	Check medicine store and vaccine use/needle length
10	Check records determine analysis of returns/pregnancy checking/abortions/deaths/culls/pigs found not in pig
